The furnace tube is made of nickel-based alloy material with strong oxidation resistance, and the maximum temperature can reach 1100°C, and oxygen and water vapor can be introduced at high temperature. KF flanges are used at both ends of the furnace tube, and a pressure gauge and a high-pressure pressure relief valve are installed on it. When the gas pressure in the tube is higher than the set value, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to exhaust, so that the gas pressure in the tube reaches the set value. This equipment is especially suitable for the exploration and research of superconducting materials and dielectric materials.
